Cancellation Policy

If this is more than 24 hours away, I can reschedule your appointment free of charge.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

I understand that, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can result in a short-notice cancellation (within 24 hours). Therefore, one short-notice cancellation (within 24 hours) will not be subject to charge.

Any subsequent short notice cancellations will require to be paid in full.

Lateness: technical issues do sometimes occur so it’s advised that you log in to your meeting 5 minutes before the start time. If you’re having issues, please phone me to let me know. Lateness, with no contact, beyond 20 minutes will be considered a no-show and the appointment will require to be paid in full.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy and understand that fees should be paid in advance of a block booking or on the day of the appointment, either via Paypal or bank transfer.
